About This Project

Το project αφορά στην ανακαίνιση υφιστάμενου χώρου εστίασης στη Νέα Μηχανιώνα. Ο χώρος αναπτύσσεται σε δύο επίπεδα και περιλαμβάνει το μπαρ, το κυρίως σαλόνι με χαμηλά τραπεζοκαθίσματα, χώρο με σταντ καθώς και άνετο lounge καθιστικό με γραμμικό καναπέ. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δόθηκε στην επέκταση και αναδιαμόρφωση του μπαρ με νέα υλικά και σκαμπό, έτσι ώστε να αναδειχθεί ως κεντρικό σημείο του χώρου. Επιπλέον στις υφιστάμενες εσοχές των ψευδοροφών ενσωματώθηκαν μεταλλικές κατασκευές με κρυφό φωτισμό και κρεμαστά φυτά, αναδείχθηκε το λευκό τουβλάκι που προϋπήρχε σε συγκεκριμένα σημεία στο χώρο, ενώ για το δάπεδο επιλέχθηκε πλακάκι σε όψη ξύλου και διάταξη ψαροκόκκαλο.

The project concerns the renovation of an existing restaurant in Nea Michaniona. The space is developed on two levels and includes the bar area, the main seating area with low tables and seats, a space with stands and stools, as well as a comfortable lounge area with a linear sofa. Special emphasis was given to the expansion and configuration of the bar with new materials and stools, so that it emerged as a focal point of the space. In addition, metallic structures with hidden lighting and hanging plants are integrated to the existing suspended ceilings, the white brick that pre-existed in specific spots is now emerged, while for the floor a wood-textured tiling in herringbone arrangement is chosen.
